The title's from a show that I used to watch that's still on PBS. It was and still is hosted by LeVar Burton. That doesn't have anything to do with the post. I promised my beach reading list and it's under Read More below. I was in Fenwick Island, DE for 10 days at the end of July. Page count for that week is 3070 pages, averaging a bit over 300 pages a day, which is typical for me.
Not in any particular order:
Pattern Recognition by William Gibson
Salt: A World History by Mark Kurlansky
Cookwise: The Hows and Whys of Successful Cooking by Shirley Corriher
Black House by Stephen King, Peter Straub
Full Tilt By Janet Evanovich & Charlotte Hughes
Full Blast By Janet Evanovich & Charlotte Hughes
Ten Big Ones by Janet Evanovich
Also, the last weekend of August, we went back down and I did Gettysburg by Newt Gingrich and William Forstchen. It was quite good. I'm looking forward to Grant Comes East.
