I'm speechless. Why hadn't I tried this before? Probably because I assumed that LN2 was expensive.
Lots of good links to get started on thinking about LN2 cooking. That'll definitely get me back in the kitchen. Started up the grill today and did some filets mignon. I got a taste for BBQ this week, so I'm getting ready to fire up the smoker if the weather holds.
